§ 2.28.040. Waste disposal.

In the unincorporated territory of the county which is outside the boundaries of any fire protection district, the director shall make regular inspection of any premises for which a license or permit has been issued under the Alameda County waste disposal ordinance, and any other premises upon which he has reason to believe waste has collected or been deposited or stored in such manner and in such quantities as to constitute a fire hazard. For such purpose he shall have the powers and perform the duties prescribed in the Alameda County waste disposal ordinance.
